CLC 2009 was an incredible learning experience, and a tremendous opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas with other Chapter Leaders.  Of particular interest, was Jeff DeCagna's presentation on Social Technologies.  His statistics on the number of new users to to these social groups, and the rate at which they are increasing, is astounding.  Social Technologies are here to stay and we need to embrace them and let them work for us and our members.  This was my first time attending, and I look forward to CLC 2010. Congratulations to the New England Chapter for earning Chapter of The Year...for the 10th time!  Many thanks to the Board of Directors, Officers, and New England Chapter Members, for continuously raising the bar.
